1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Sim Racing Hub (thesimracinghub.co.nz), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

The Sim Racing Hub is an iRacing community platform for sim racing events, driver profiles, event registrations, and results. The platform is operated by Gammaflare Limited.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update your information as needed. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. iRacing Data

Driver data is retrieved from iRacing via their official OAuth API with your authorisation. The Sim Racing Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC. iRacing and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on The Sim Racing Hub is the property of Gammaflare Limited unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Sim Racing Hub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Gammaflare Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in behaviour that is harmful to the community or platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
